Ordering Info All pricing reflects individual orders. Contact us for OEM pricing. Paypal is accepted, however there is a 3% additional charge for using paypal. Paypal ID is: info@monsterguitarshop.com WARRANTY Our necks and bodies are warranted for up to one year after purchase to be free of any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Knots in wood are not considered defects, but are a natural occurrence in some woods. All maple necks should have a hard finish on them for warranty to apply. Oil finishes are not sufficient. The obligation of this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts that we agree is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your product you may return product unaltered within 2 weeks for a refund. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will not issue any refunds until we inspect the merchandise. Refunds are made in the form of company check and are issued on the 1st. and 15th. of the month. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns that do not fall under the warranty. NOTE: All refunds or warranty work are as easy as you make it. There is no need to act like an ass.
Individual ordering is on a pay first basis. Once an order is started, it cannot be canceled. AN order is only started once payment is received. Be sure you know what you are ordering and are committed to seeing it through before you send payment. We will not refund money if you change your mind or cant wait the extra time for completion. We try to complete every order as quickly as possible, but understand things happen beyond anyone's control. Custom pieces and guitars can take up to a year to finish depending on workload.
OEM ordering is done at first on COD and after that, an account can be established with net 30 terms. You must have a EIN number and have references for an account. Once a order is started, it cannot be canceled.
